INGREDIENTS
½ cup of sugar.
½ cup of melted butter or margarine.
You’ll Need (for the filling):
10 (½ oz) large marshmallows (40 pieces).
¾ cup of milk.
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese.
12 oz container of fat-free cool whip.
Mix the crust ingredients together and press down the mixture into a 9×13 greased pan reserving ½ cup for topping. Chill while you make the filling.
In a saucepan, melt together the marshmallows and milk over low heat. Beat the cream cheese and mix it with the marshmallow mixture. Let cool before adding the cool whip and mixing.
Top the crust with the filling evenly and sprinkle with ½ cup of graham crackers crust.
Refrigerate to set and Voila!
